Starcare Family and Preventive Medicine
was established by Dr Fran Rose in 199_. We see patient of all ages ranging from newborns to elderly. As a Primary Care Provider (PCP), we can provide most services in our office and refer to specialists, as needed. Please call our office with the most up to date information of what services we provide.

Michael Franklin, PA-C
He has been at Starcare nearly 20 years. He is a UTSW graduate and worked extensively in the cardiology field before moving to family medicine. In his free time, Mike enjoys playing golf and playing guitar.
